One of my Favorite Dinners

So I decided to blog about food. Since a lot of our clients ask me about what I cook, how I cook, and how I know what I am eating, let's break down one of my favorite dinners. 

Turkey burger with an over-easy egg, sweet potato fries, and spinach salad.

170 grams lean turkey ground meat - 240 calories/33 grams of protein.

150 grams sweet potato fries (baked in the oven with spices) - 130 calories/2 grams of protein.

1 over-easy egg - 80 calories/6 grams of protein. 

Spinach salad (with onions, cucumbers, and tomatoes) - 150 calories/5 grams of protein.

TOTAL CALORIES: 600

TOTAL GRAMS OF PROTEIN: 46

I like to eat a lot, and this is a generous portion that will satisfy anyone. I believe as long as you keep your meals within your calorie deficit and make sure you eat enough protein everyday, those are the only two numbers you have to track to see results. Bon Appetit!
