Well, here I am blogging about food! Lol! My clients always tell me to post my awesome, quick and easy meals ideas so here I go! Toasted wraps have been all over social medial lately and I decided to take them to the next level -- low calorie and HIGH PROTEIN (you know me...always on everybody's nerves about eating enough protein). I made this wrap last night for dinner for me and my kiddos and we loved it. I loved the macros even more! Here is what is in it:
Protein wrap  120cal/12g protein

Oven roasted Turkey Breast (2oz)  50cal/9g protein

1/4 cup of shredded cheese (Mexican blend) 110 cal/6g protein

Spinach and Tomatoes 20cal/3g protein

TOTAL MACROS:    300 CALORIES / 30 GRAMS OF PROTEIN  -- aaaaahhhhhhmazing !!!!! That makes me smile inside and out. 

Fold the wrap, toast it in a pan or a skillet on low heat so it all melts and enjoy.
