Ham & Eggs

This is one of my favorite breakfasts. And again, simple and quick to make. 3 ingredients that most people have in the fridge anyway. Lets combine them and make a delish, filling, healthy and high protein breakfast. My son loves ham and eggs, we all do, and when you wake up starving this is the perfect solution to fuel your body.

Simply sautee 2oz of turkey slices (or chicken breast slices) and crack 3 eggs on top. Flip them and let them sit on the plate while you throw in the same pan a bunch of spinach, add salt, pepper and garlic powder and let is cook down while mixing it. It literally takes a minute. Oh, spray your pan with olive oil spray. Throw the spinach on your ham and eggs plate and voila. Enjoy !!!
