Grilling Season Is HERE! (Simple, Healthy Nutrition)

Over the past weekend, we started grilling season, and after mulching and planting all day, we were all craving something nutritious and simple. As you know, I am the Queen of Simple, so I marinated some chicken breast, baked some peewee potatoes, and made a simple salad with olive oil and balsamic dressing on the side. You can't go wrong if you eat clean, and you can enjoy a full stomach after a day of outdoor work. A perfect ending to a nice spring day with our first grill out of the season!
