Food Doesn't Have To Be Complicated! 
For a busy person like myself, having a water cooker, a cup of this delicious oatmeal, and some fresh fruit is all I need to have a tasty breakfast on the go! I don't have much time in between clients, so this quick breakfast is great when I'm hungry but I don't have enough time to cook for myself. The whole cup is only 250 calories, but 20 whole grams of protein!
