Creating Successful Routines Is About YOUR Needs!

I wanted to shed some light on routines. Clients ask us how we create and stick to our routines. I thought about all this and realized one thing - If you create a routine based on some restriction you can just stop right now. Its not going to work. You will resent it and resist it and eventually quit it. Because it restricts you! How about you create a routine that is based on a real need of yours? For example if I want to feel more fresh and rested and awake and I know I get up at 6am, I make sure I create a routine that gives me 8 hours of sleep, which means going to bed at 10 at the latest with at least an hour of quieting down my day and meditation before bed. 

How do you create your routines? 
Based on restriction? 
Maybe its time to figure out what your needs are and create routines based on them 🙂
